Great post as always Marko. Here is my two cents:
1. Post comments on popular blogs which attracts a lot of readers and comentators.
2. Try to be the first who comments on the blog post. This will get you more exposure and more people will click on your link.
3. And of course the main thing is write useful and long comments.J
