wow, that video started out kind of strange but turned into something really cool. I get your point, however, I don't think it was the wises decision to tell your readers to “stop reading and start acting.” O' well, you keep producing good stuff so i'm sure it won't affect you much.

Good points Marco! Unfortunately, your 6 points won’t be enough for a blog to go viral. The ideas themselves must be worth spreading for them to take on a viral nature.

They are those that add so much value to people that they go “Wow I must share this with my friends!” But your 6 points does help point us in the right direction.

Great information here Marko! Standing out of the crowd and be different are what make you interesting to readers. Too many people try to say stuff that are already said with no originality. Usually, it is not what you write, but HOW you write will capture the audience.

Great post and genius video, many thanks. Finding the cue before you write the blog is a great idea and, in my mind, could work in much the same way with blog headings. Think of a knockout title for your blog piece first and then write the content based on that. Again, thanks.

I love posts like this because they give me hope. I don’t expect my blog will go the “viral” or Mashable endorsement route… since it’s not about blogging or making money. So I think my best hope (perhaps my only hope) is to cultivate relationships, one reader at a time. It takes a little longer, but is well worth the effort. Every movement starts with one person, right?
